• Using metabolomics techniques to validate, authenticate, and characterize the properties of botanicals/herbs that are traditionally used in alternative, complementary and integrative healthcare systems
• Quality assessment of natural products that are used as dietary supplements, functional foods, nutraceuticals and drugs
